Erh.. erh.. Heading down to camp again soon. Gonna do recce for Xinmin Sec program next wk. Wah.. So shiok ah.. Isit?? Mm.. Feel happy abt it coz i like my job but on the other hand sounds pretty dead to do camp wk in wk out.. No life like tat huh..
Wen holiday comes my days are pack wif tonnes n tonnes of activities. As always camp are cfm in my agenda. Hee.. kinda love my job.. its great having been in tis line for yrs all started back den in 2001. For those hu had been wif me in camp they will probably understand y i like it so much.. I bet u enjoy it too huh..
Eversince i join RACE it kinda make me love my job even more. Reason is bcoz i love my campsite coz its in the rainforest area. U wanna bring real camping tats the right place to do it. Its all abt being in the nature where kids will be out of comfort zone n adapting to a new habitat. Trust me its always the case where my campers or even instructors who gt stuck to the place not wanting to go back after being there for 3D2N. Hee.. Believe it or not its the fact.. Y isit so maybe i tink it reali make u forgot all abt the hatic life u had back at hm.. All stress factor cast aside wen ur out there.. it is so relaxing.. it brings a total diff feel to it.. Dennis wld agree wif me..
As an outdoor instructor i manage to gain alot abt myself and im also able to put my learning points to practice. It enables me to c wat im truly made of.. Meeting new frens stranger on first hand but great pals at the end of the camp.. I barely noes my instructor till i meet them n be wif them thru the camps.. Its strange coz we stranger at time can produce wonders in camp.. Amazing? yesh indeed.. All tat i can say satisfaction guareenteed.. it spice up my life for sure.. i wldnt trade all tis experience for anything.. As long as i cld i be there as an instructor to mould youth n produce leaders n build dynamic teams in our youth. I guess i been holdin on to tis mindset right wen i was a cadet in NPCC. I wld try to gif my best to make ones life better if im given the oppurtunity..
Having said so.. im sure to miss the other aspect in life.. one of it wld me be my love ones.. Missing them yesh for sure u never noe how impt they are in ur life till ur far away frm them. To me it makes me appreciate them even more wen im distance away. Not hearing their voice not hearing them calling u.. yupz its sure to linger in ur mind.. Never hv i feel how important ur parents or even ur deary frens or partner in life.. Wen nite falls u ponder how they hv been n always praying tat they are doin great back at home.
Hmm... well tis is wat i feel frm my life as outdoor instructor. It makes me feel complete n in the same time able to relate to others. Its been an amazing experience for me. Im glad tat im in it.. I hope others too are proud of me..
